If a particular pair is missing for a specific date range, it can be repaired by following steps:
1. open idTable.ini, find the line number of the symbol, counting from 0.
2. enter this number at ID edit box
3. if repair for all currency pairs, do not enter anything in ID box.
4. enter the date range in Date Range box, eg. 12/01/2005-12/08/2005
5. click "Generate" button.
6. Go to the specific foler to make sure corresponding *.dat file has been generated.
