This is the Subscriber Agreement for using 's (referred to as the "product(s)" within this agreement). Usage of the product means that the subscriber or product user agrees to the following Payment/Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, Terms, and Conditions of .

Payment/Cancellation Policy

§ Membership

membership is based on a monthly subscription. * You are pre-billed (non-refundable) for the month of service. If you choose to cancel before the end of the month's billing, credit will not be issued. Service will remain active through the end of the pre-billed monthly period. Each billing period starts from the same day of the month that your credit card is initially charged; this is called your renewal day. The credit card payment process is facilitated by the service of Authorize.net, and the charge is made on the first day of each billing period or your renewal day. The monthly subscription will be automatically renewed and billed each renewal day unless you notify us to cancel at least three (3) business days prior to your upcoming renewal day. Please send your cancellation request with your user name to support@fxtrek.com.

EXAMPLE:
If you paid for service on January 15th, you will automatically be billed on February 15th, and then on March 15th etc. If you choose to cancel before your next renewal date, you will need to do so via e-mail by the 12th of the month (or earlier).

NOTE: After your cancellation has been confirmed, you will still be able to use your paid service up until your renewal day.
